I met Louis-Xavier about 4 years ago, and I quickly realized that he is someone with an enormous amount of integrity. When he says something, he follows through. Louis-Xavier is my mentor, and he has had an enormous impact on my life, even to this day. A few years ago, he gave me the opportunity to enter the brokerage field with no prior experience. I started as an investment assistant at Groupe Financier Signature, which allowed me to understand how the forms worked and how the different companies operated. I asked Louis-Xavier a lot of questions, and he always took the time to answer. He guided me every step of the way to get me to where I am today. He really dedicated his time to training me, and I think very few people in the industry would do what Louis-Xavier has done. Thanks to him, I was able to take my courses in investments and insurance. Even today, I still have many questions, and 90% of the time, I have an answer from Louis-Xavier within an hour. He’s very generous with his time, always helping others, and for the rest of the time, the answers come quickly. For that, I will be eternally grateful.

I’ve been an advisor since 2010, and I joined Louis-Xavier’s team in 2020. Thanks to his training, I’ve learned more in 4 years than I did in 10 years. So, this just goes to show how valuable all the training, support, and knowledge Louis-Xavier offers are, and he doesn't hesitate to share it. As a result, when we meet with clients, we are much more competent, and clients trust us much more with their finances. This allows us to implement more strategies to help them, which has led to an increase in my income. My only regret is not having met Louis-Xavier back in 2010. In my opinion, the big difference with Groupe Financier Signature is our weekly meetings on motivation, prospecting techniques, and advanced concepts in insurance and investments. These meetings have taught me to understand and master different concepts, which in turn allows me to break down the complexities of these strategies. Often, these concepts help optimize the client’s business taxes and enhance their wealth or retirement plans. For me, that alone was a game changer. What I also like is that with GFS, we don’t feel like just a number. We really contribute to the growth of the MGA, which in turn benefits everyone. Additionally, when we have ideas, Louis-Xavier is always listening and is very open to implementing the ideas we bring forward. I find that very enriching. I could talk about it for a long time, but to keep it short, I highly recommend GFS to all advisors who want more than just the standard services of an MGA and are ready to take their careers to the next level.
